Do you and your Valentine love wine? If so, the Viticulture and Enology and Culinary Arts programs at Western Colorado Community College invite you to join us for a Valentine Food and Wine Dinner. Each course of the menu, developed by Assistant Technical Professor of Culinary Arts Jonathan St. Peter, will be paired with two wines selected by Technical Instructor of Viticulture and Enology Jenne Baldwin-Eaton. Diners will have a unique opportunity to see how two wines can interact with a dish to emphasize different flavors. At the conclusion of the meal each person will receive a box of hand-made chocolates.
