Come Join us in the CMU Cycling Center and get in shape for spring

Whether you want to get ready for the Iron Horse, Maverick Classic, Canyon View rides or just make it a little easier up the Monument - Winter Training is the key.

Bring your own bike and we’ll show you how to hook it up to the CompuTrainers and calibrate it.  Soon you’ll be spinning away on one of the virtual courses. You control your effort on all courses!  Make it as hard or easy as you want and then watch your improvement in hard data.  Learn training techniques and get advice from CMU coaches and racers. Doors open ½ hour before the start for logging in, setup and warm-up and the workout starts on time.

The courses are designed to progress from low intensity to higher intensity as we approach the season.  They will be appropriate for touring riders as well as competitive cyclists.  All proceeds go to the CMU Cycling Team.
